Chance me for 3 schools

Here goes...I'm a Junior in public high school this year. I'll start with the straight facts.
GPA: 3.7U 4.8W (U probably 3.8 at graduation, W around 5.5-6)
SAT: Only taken one, got a 1920/2400 (610R 710M 600W), taking another in May
Course load: 9 AP classes by graduation, rest mostly honors except band, ALSO have taken online classes so I will have done around 5 years of work in 4 years. Also, the school has been in the top 100 for a few years in a row now if that helps anything.
ECs: Musician (drums, bass, guitar, singing), Sailor-will go more in-depth later
Community service: So far, I have had no time for any, as I spend my time with schoolwork, music practice, and sailing. Should I spend my summer getting hours?

Now I'm looking at either USoCal, Cal Tech, or Penn as my top three at the moment, my safe school will be somewhere in FL (where I live). I'm interested in the sciences for the most part. I will have taken every science class offered (save the boom-boom classes) by my school.

Music-played drums since age 5, well yeah. Not sure how important this is to admissions HOWEVER a music program would be a huge plus.

Sailing-I promise I'm not trying to sound like a conceited punk. There are two types of sailing, club and high school (same format as collegiate). Club sailing is one person in a boat, I have won numerous regattas in an international class including the National championship last summer, which qualified me to go to the World Championship in Thailand this April. Have also travelled to other invitational regattas around the world. For high school sailing, last year I placed 2nd in the A division at the nationals. Hopefully this is a good EC that colleges like, I have spent just about every weekend since age ten practicing from 9-5 each day and have given up huge amounts of time.

I am also open to other suggestions for schools. Thanks so much!

Since you are World championship, you have great chance
USC-High Match
Caltech-idk
Upenn-High Match
