A Hispanic male with those numbers and EC’s will get into a lot of good schools.
I’ll chance to the ones I know enough about to give a valid opinion!

-Boston College - ?
-Claremont McKenna - Match
-Dartmouth - Reach
-Notre Dame - Low reach
-UC Berkeley - Match, if you took a rigorous course load. If by top 10% you mean top 4%, match. If top 10% means around 10%, might be a low reach.
-UCLA - Match
-University of Michigan - Safety
-Yale - Reach

It depends on your performance in the context of you school. But that’s a high SAT, a good GPA for a school with no weight, and quite good EC’s. You are in good shape, dude. Good work. The biggest reach is most likely Yale, because HYSP tend to be a little bit of luck of the draw. The lack of weight is confusing me a bit. Anyway, wishing you luck!
