Chance me for a chance back! Schools listed below

I am currently a junior in high school and was starting to think about college. I have come up with a quick list and wanted to know which ones i have good/bad chances of getting in and which i should not consider all together and shoot a little lower/more realistic. Please let me know if you know anything valuable about any of them. This is the list so far:

Northeastern University
Boston University
McGill University
University of Connecticut (Storrs Campus)
Fairfield University
Salve Regina University
NYU
Hofstra University

A little about myself:

Rising junior from a Catholic high school in Rhode Island. Have lived in Toronto, Canada before for almost 2 years but moved back here to attend high school. Typically a straight A student but I'll admit I slacked a bit sophomore year which i am now deeply regretting. As of now I'm looking to major in biology or enter a pre-med program in college. Also, below when I list my classes, at my school ".1" is an honors class, ".2" is normal/accelerated, and ".1+" is AP (only able to take certain AP classes starting junior year at my school.)

Classes (not sure of my EXACT grades at the moment):

Freshman year:
-Visual Art/Theater/Music
-Computer Class .1 (1/2 year)
-Civics .1 (1/2 year)
-Spanish I .1 (received silver medal award on national spanish exam)
-Biology .1
-Religion I .1
-English I .1 (Literary types and Composition)
-Algebra I .2 (Math is not a strong point of mine)

Sophomore year:
-World History .1
-Spanish II .1
-Chemistry .1
-Religion II .1
-English II. 1 (American Lit.)
-Geometry .2

Classes I'll be taking when junior year begins:
-Algebra II .2
-English III .1 (British Literature)
-Religion III .1
-Anatomy/Physiology .2
-Spanish III .1
-US History .1+ (AP)

Up until now i have an overall unweighted GPA of about 3.5 and about 3.95-4.0 weighted with all the honors classes I take.

School clubs I participate/will be participating in:
SADD (Student Against Destructive Decisions), Yearbook, School Newspaper, Social Concerns, Spanish Club, Best Buddies, Art Club, Pro-Life

I am expecting to be on National Honors Society this year as well

Test Scores:
I did very well on the PSATs but cannot recall my scores at the moment.
I have not taken the SAT or ACT but took a practice SAT without prep and scored a 1910. I will update this post after i take the SAT in December.

Volunteer/Work Experience:
Honestly too much to list here. I volunteer at a "mobile loaves and fishes" truck which takes food and clothes out to the homeless weekly. In the past I have volunteered at schools, meal service houses, homeless shelters, etc. I have had various paying jobs at summer camps and will be getting a job as a busser at a high end restaurant very soon.

Extra Info:
This may or may not be important but I can play 4 instruments and they are all self-taught.
I've played piano for 10 years, guitar for 6 years, ukelele for 3 years, and cajon (drumming instrument) for 1 year.

Sadly I do not play any sports.

Also, I mentioned i lived in Canada for a while and McGill is located in Canada. If I could somehow include that in my essay, would i have a better shot at acceptance? Probably not but just wondering, haha.

So... do I have even a slight chance at any of these judging from the info i've given you? And if not, are there any schools I should be looking at instead? Thanks for the help!
