<p>teacher recommendations: great, the two teachers really know me
editor in chief of the school newspaper, prior to my election I was editor of one of the sections as well</p>

<p>ECs: ~600 hrs of ECs by senior year
Art club member for 4 yrs
Writing club president
organizing a movie festival this year
ambassador for the school at various events
lyricist, a few songs with my texts are recorded
got a full scholarship for the Kenyon Review Young Writers, going in July
new projects: theatre workshop, ecological activity,
past: created study guides as a service project, creating computer graphics activity
currently preparing a biological project for a competition, I might have luck with that</p>

<p>Work: every summer since 9th grade
worked as a proctor at exams, at a flowers shop
last 2 years - accountant assistant + took 45-day accountancy course (serious stuff)</p>

<p>Also check into Sarah Lawrence, Bard and Bennington.</p>

<p>You have a very good change at alot of those colleges, Darthmouth and Stanford are reaches however, you have a good shot at the LACs. I know Swarthmore and Amherst etc are the top LACs in america maybe try some ones lower also such as Haverford, Wellesley and Colgate. Idk how international students works and financial aid, but I heard it makes these colleges even more selective but your GPA and SAT scores look good. Overall good shot at alot of these schools.</p>

Dartmouth- Reach (as it is for anybody)
Stanford- Reach
Middlebury- Match
Amherst- Reach</p>

<p>All these schools are really within your range; you have decent to good chances at getting into all of them.</p>

<p>I’m assuming you have a couple easy matches and safeties? Especially if you need financial aid…</p>

<p>Any school with an admissions/acceptance rate in the 20’s or below should be considered a reach for anyone. Add some matches/safeties to your list.</p>
