I WILL DO XC IN 11TH AND 12TH GRADE. I have just been really depressed for a while, so I haven't really been able to put myself out there. I am getting better, and I will do XC those two years at least. I am planning to be on JV.

I have not taken the ACT yet, but my projected score from my PLAN is 31-34. I will get a tutor to get 35-36.

Cumulative GPA weighted: 3.87

PLAN Score: 25, National Rank:97%

Planning to take SAT subject tests for: Biology E/M, Physics, Chemistry, World History, and Math Lvl. 2.

My projected classes for 11th and 12th are:

For these blank spaces I will probably take: AP Chemistry, AP Physics, and AP Environmental Science.

For AP Chemistry I will obviously need a tutor, but I will still take it.

I am an Indian female who lives in IL. My parents have gone to college but no one in my family has been to college in the US.

So this is it. Please chance me for:
1.) Northwestern University
2.) Brown University
3.) Georgetown University
4.) Cornell University
5.) UCSD
6.) John Hopkins
7.) University of Chicago
8.) UCLA
9.) Duke

I for sure will chance you back as best as I can.
Thank you so much for your time and effort!

I would say if you can get your gpa up to a 3.9-4 you can get Georgetown, Cornell, and UCSD.

Those few C’s can hurt you a bit. Get your GPA up a bit and if you get mid 30’s on your ACT I say you have a shot at these schools. Good luck

I think your GPA needs to go up by a few points, and you would have an almost perfect application. For now, however, I think you might be a reach at all of these schools except UCSD. Do good on the sat, and I think you can get into all of these schools.
