Chance me for a rare situation?

Hey guys, I'm a starting senior and I'd like to get an idea of the chances I have for some of the schools I'm interested in. I'm only posting this because I feel that I'm in a unique, or at the very least, rare situation.

I'm an expatriate student in a very rigorous American-curriculum school in the Middle East. I took my freshman year in the United States, but the rest of my high school career has been here in the Middle East. I'm an African-American (not Black, I have African culture and heritage) and I'll be the first generation of my family going to college. I'm a part of a middle-class family, and I'm proficient in three languages - (English, Arabic, French).

My current unweighted GPA is a 3.3 (My 3.9 from freshman year is not included because I took it at a different school).

My SAT is an 1800
Critical Reading 640 (self-preparing for improvements)
Math 550 (taking a preparatory class to improve this score)
Writing 610 (self-preparing for improvements)

My course list is as follows:

Freshman year (United States):

Honors Biology
Honors English 9
Honors World History 1
Algebra 1
PE 9
Creative Writing
French I

Sophomore year (Middle East):

Honors Chemistry
Honors English 10
AP World History (got a 4)
Geometry
PE 10
Drama 1
French II

Junior year (Middle East):
AP Biology (got a 1, should I withhold this information? The Middle Eastern school's AP Biology relied heavily on previous knowledge of Honors Biology, and my American school's Honors Biology curriculum differed significantly from my Middle Eastern school's curriculum, so I struggled in this course)
AP Language (got a 3)
US History
Algebra II
Strength and Conditioning
Guitar I
French III

Senior year (Middle East):
AP Environmental Science
AP Literature
Precalculus
Strength and Conditioning Advanced
Digital Photography and Photo Editing
French IV
Speech
Senior Seminar

My classes for senior year are still adjustable, if there is anything you recommend I take, feel free to let me know.

My ECs:

Student Council Junior Representative (Junior)
Student Council Executive Secretary (Senior)
Founder of the American Flag Football Club (Junior, Senior)
JV Cross Country (Sophomore)
Varsity Track and Field (Junior, Senior)
Robotics Club - Builder Position (Junior)

I have 30 community service hours (plan to increase these this year as well)

I know I have to work on everything, I only recently had an epiphany that I've been too lazy and have to work harder. I'm not sure if it's too late because I'm in my senior year, but I will work my arse off and get good grades and scores this year.

My college list is as follows:

College of William and Mary
Virginia Commonwealth University
George Mason University
Vtech
USC
NYU
CSU Long Beach
CSU Los Angeles

Bump, hope it isn’t too early

Bump, I’d really appreciate some help please

Is this too much of a wall of text or something?

I intend to apply for financial aid for all of these colleges. My family can support me, but there isn’t a way for them to pay for all of my college tuition.

If my father liquidates his assets, he could pay for a large chunk of my college tuition, but would it be worth it for USC and NYU compared to the other universities?

If you are not racially black, it is disingenuous for you to list yourself as African American. That category applies exclusively to American born persons who are black.

I identify myself as African American because I am an American-born African. But can we please get back to the topic at hand?
