<p>Hi, so I plan on applying to UC Berkeley (Engineering). I will apply to more colleges but this is the main university I am going after. So I would appreciate any opinions on my chances of admission. I must share that I am a junior in High School. I will now list some of my background:</p>

<p>So this all comes to the GPA (9th not included, only a-g of 10th and 11th of first semester ONLY), I might've done them wrong so by whichever way Berkeley will see them, go ahead use those numbers. I plan to do better next semester and hopefully get around 4.6 at least weighted for the semester. Math SL is not weighted.
Unweighted: 3.43
Weighted: 4.03</p>
<p>Class rank: Don't really know, I believe within top 10% or so.</p>
<p>I also am considering applying to MITES so if anyone knows anything about that, could they chance me as well? Still not sure whether or not to apply.</p>
