I think you’ll get undeclared at UCSD. You’ll get accepted at all mid tier UC’s, but maybe not 1st choice major at all of them. Georgia Tech, UNC, UCLA, and UCB are all big reaches. SAT II’s are somewhat low for CS.

With respect to Georgia Tech, your SAT II test scores are low so much will depend upon the rigor of your high school classes.
