<p>cumilative GPA:2.6 but last semester got a 3.5(did horrible before junior year obviously) and I'm maintaing a 3.7 this year and will continue to do so...
19-23 on ACT (taken 3 times)
tons of extracurriculars too.</p>

<p>are you a junior? if so try to keep that 3.7 you have this year and aim for a 4.0 and take the SATs instead of the ACT and retake the ACT maybe one more time aim for a 25 and if you can get your gpa up to a 3.0 you will be in.</p>
