Hopefully you’re taking SATs/ACTs soon! Physical fitness plays a HUGE part too though, so make sure you also have some way to document how fit you are, and that you’re within height and weight standards. I am not an expert on the Army ROTC scholarship since I was awarded the Navy ROTC scholarship, but I still believe you have a solid chance. I’m assuming this is for next year since you haven’t taken your exams yet so as a precaution, the sooner you apply, the higher your chances. You will also most likely have to go through a very formal interview.

Thanks!!.. and which college did you get a NROTC scholarship from…is there a form that i should fill out…because the rotc website is very unhelpfull… and im a junior so i should start applying right?

The scholarship application is online, and it shouldn’t be too hard to find. You should start filling out the application sometime soon, but as long as you have it done by August you’ll be in for the first round of review (at least, that’s how the navy did it). I was awarded the NROTC scholarship at Carnegie Mellon :)

Yea i found it lol… and yea i found out the deadlines and such… and WOW Congrats dude…

Haha thank you! I’m a girl actually though :)
