<p>Recs: Good, I presume (didn't see them), but both of them are by humanities teachers, which I'm slightly worried about.</p>

<p>Essays: Really like them, but who really knows? Was especially proud of my short-answers, and counselor liked them too. The supplement was right in my ballpark.</p>

<p>Race: Asian </p>

<p>Hooks: Applied ED, has legacy, attended Barnard PCP over the summer and got a recommendation from a Barnard professor</p>

<p>I think you have a really good chance considering hooks + SAT, depends on how your GPA compares to others from your high school who have applied to barnard.</p>

<p>weakest part is your gpa but I think everything else is very solid. I think you’ll get in (but I’m no psychic)</p>

<p>Bump. The weighted GPA is around 3.78 if that helps.</p>

<p>I regret not putting more ET’s on there. I’m pretty involved in community service, but I was trying to make my application as short and sweet and easy to read as possible. I’ve also tutored, set up numerous fundraisers and book drives for my club (it’s a passionate cause of mine, actually), but I didn’t know how to emphasize that, exactly. Oh well, it’s too late.</p>
