Chance me for Berkeley and Cornell and UCLA

Hi! I really really really really want to go to Cornell, but if that's too hard i'm aiming for UCLA or berkeley, too (not that Berkeley or UCLA are easy to get into). I live in Georgia. It's for psychology major. I'm not a citizen, but i have permanent residency. i'm asian.

my unweighted gpa is 3.8 and my weighted gpa is 4.2

i am ranked 33/660 so i JUST reach the top 5% mark.

i took 1 AP and 4 honors in freshmen year, got 3 b's first semester and 2 b's second (AP human geography 5)
i took 2 AP and 4 honors in sophomore year, got straight a's (AP European History 5 and AP Language Arts 4)
i took 3 AP and 3 honors in junior year, got 2 b's first semester and 1 b second semester (AP physics mechanics C 4 and AP Calculus BC (and subscore AB) 5 and APUSH 5)

the only non-honors or ap class i EVER had in highschool is orchestra.

i am currently a senior so i dont really know what my grades would be. and plus i heard it doesnt matter much anyway. but im taking 6 ap's.

didn't do so well on psat (1700) but that doesnt matter right?
my sat score was 2100- 700 700 700 (i know. im always at the minimum.)
i didnt take act or sat 2

these are random things that i didnt know how to say otherwise (some are ec's i guess)
-5 years of french
-4 years of orchestra (7 if you count middleschool but i dont think anyone does)
-all 4s and 5s on AP exams (so i got the you know that award thing)
-i joined national honors society
-i joined national society of high school scholars
-i took 5 science courses (doubled up junior year with h. chem and ap phsyics)
-technically 5 math courses (i did this weird advanced thing in 8th grade)
-treasurer in 3 different volunteering clubs (like recycling and stuff)
-other clubs- i tutored little kids for a year
-2 fantastic teacher rec. no. its really awesome. this is like the only spark i have in my whole resume.
-200 hours of community service.
-and i can fluently speak 3 languages? i know no one cares but just throwing it out there in case someone can tell me a way i can mold that into something useful.

i dont play any sports (i was hoping orchestra would kind of even it out? sort of?)
i wasnt in any of the academic clubs (llike math club or robotics or science Olympiad)

i think i can write a good, better-than-average essay, but i dont know if it would be fabulous.

okay. can you chance me? thank you so much!

So a lot of college require SAT II’s-especially the UC’s. Not sure about cornell, but most top schools require SAT 2’s as a judgment of how well you test in specific areas…might want to look into that:]

do you have any suggestions on which sat ii i should take?

well you seem to be good at math, so go for the math II C (Make sure you don’t take math I, it doesn’t count) and go for a science/history one

if you do well on your subject test you are a good match at those chance me back. http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1033113-chance-me-ill-chance-you-back.html

SAT II’s are required by UC’s.
