Please chance me for (Bio Engineering major):
UC Berkeley
UCLA
UCSD
UCI
University of the Pacific (Pre-dental major)
Cornell
Brown
Harvey Mudd
Stanford
Cal Tech

Yea, you're gunna have a hard time getting in. Your GPA is slightly under average and your SAT is just about average. Your EC's aren't that extraordinary and remember Berkeley and UCLA are now hollistic meaning they look at the application as a whole now.

UC Berkeley Match/Slight reach
UCLA Match/Slight reach
UCSD Match
UCI Safety
University of the Pacific (Pre-dental major) Match
Cornell Reach
Brown Reach
Harvey Mudd Slight Reach
Stanford Reach
Cal Tech Reach

Slightly weak GPA but great rank, average SAT I, strong SAT IIs, good job experience, average ECs and honors/awards. I'd say:

Berkeley (engineering): reach
UCLA: high match
UCSD: match
UCI: safe match - safety
Cornell: reach
Brown: reach
Harvey Mudd: reach
Stanford: reach
Cal Tech: reach

If you raise your SAT score, your chances will be better. Your ECs/awards don't really make you stand out, which is necessary in some of these applicant pools. And your ECs doesn't show much passion/focus, which is why some of them, like Stanford and Caltech, are reaches. If you write really great essays, you'd have a better shot at Berkeley and probably some of the others.

Er, doesn't "holistic admissions" mean they look at the applicant in context? That's what I've read it to be. (And Berkeley has had holistic admissions for a long time now; UCLA just recently changed to it.)

Mudd is a reach with those SATs, APs, and being a male. I say a 20% chance here.
Berkeley may be a bit more forgiving so I'd say slight reach for Berkeley.
