Chance me for Berkeley?

Hello. I was wondering you guys could chance me for UC Berkeley. I was also wondering if you guys could chance me for UCLA and Cal Poly SLO as well, but Berkeley is my #1. I want to major in Environmental Engineering but I’m really not sure. I actually have no clue what I want to do. I was also wondering. I’ve taken three years of French and will take a fourth year. The French 4 will only be honors, not AP. I was wondering, if I don’t take the AP test, do I still have credits for a UC to not have to take a language in college? And if I do have to take the AP test, do I have to pass it? My brother received a 1 on his Spanish 4 AP test but he didn’t have to take it at Cal Poly SLO (he’s an electrical engineer).

Going to be a Senior.

Test scores are really low for UCB. What’s your UC GPA? I can’t imagine it being too low, but we need it to chance you. Also, red flag for grade inflation from AP Euro.

What’s a UC GPA?

@victoriathai http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/ I’m surprised you don’t know this, especially since you are an instate student. That calculator has instructions on how to calculate your UC GPA. If you have any doubts on whether or not something is an honors course, look on the UC Catalog for your school to see approved weighted courses. Or just submit your grades through the app. They indicate whether or not something is a-g and/or an honors course.

Figure out your UC GPA which I’d imagine is pretty good. However your test scores are way too low. I’d say you need at least a 1950, but really you want as high above 2000 as you can get. Try the ACT for sure, you might do significantly better.
