@honeynut12 You should definitely apply if you haven’t already. I’d say your biggest challenges are being outside the 7% and your SAT score could be a little higher. You didn’t say what your scores were on your AP classes. The College of Natural Sciences was very competitive last year. Being Calculus and Chemistry ready is good for CNS so that’s good you are taking both of them as AP classes this year. No one knows what it will look like yet this year, of course. Good luck to you!
Hi! Thanks for the comment. While my SAT score could be a little higher, the admission officers will take the standardized test score that they consider the highest, which I predict will be my ACT score. And yes, no one really knows! I’m just hoping that a one percent difference won’t make much of a difference in the holistic review. Also, the AP scholar thingy means that I’ve made a score of 3+ or higher and I’m positive that these scores are merely for credit, not admission.
