*Will apply for business schools
THANK YOUUUUU! (: be honest!

I’m from Northeastern, so I can say you have a very, very good shot. NU’s business program is one of the most competitive at the school, so it’s not a sure thing, but if your SAT’s are good, you’ll probably get in, maybe even with a good scholarship.

NU REALLY likes good extracurriculars, and yours are really strong, so that’s a big plus.

thank you. you don’t think my GPA will hold me back?

I could probably chance you after you’re SATs. I’m not that familiar with Boston Schools but you’re ECs are really good. A good SAT score could nullify that GPA. Meanwhile,

okay i got back my SAT’s and they were NOT good. m:560 cr:560 w:690
but i plan on taking them again and bringing up math and reading up to at least 630s each and the writing to a 700.

oh and i forgot to mention that I have taken a number of honors and AP courses.

bump…

Your ECs are solid; any college which likes personality will want to take you. Try to work on that GPA though, it might just give you the extra boost. SAT scores as long as they aren’t too low shouldn’t hold you back.

I’m not too good at these chance things, I’m good with advice though :P!

1) Northeastern University - high match
2) Bentley - don’t know
3) BU - match
4) Babson - match
5) UMass Amherst - match
6) Amherst College - reach (I had to add Amherst College because I made a mistake in confusing it with UMass Amherst :P)

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/862774-nyu-tisch-chances.html</a></p>

haha thank you. i am not going to apply to amherst college… i know i would not get in! lol

Bump… Come one people help me out! ):

1) Northeastern University - match/low reach
2) Bentley - match
3) BU - match by retaking sats
4) Babson - match
5) UMass Amherst - match

bump…

please people!!!

Boston University - Match/In
North Eastern University - Match/In

Don’t forget these colleges cost a lot of money, so be prepared to fork over a lot.

Also what is your unweighted GPA? That could change things, how many AP classes did you take? How mant honors?

As everyone else has said, you have great chance.

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/859569-chance-virginia-tech-georgia-tech.html</a></p>

BU- you should be in
NU- bit of a reach
UMass- In, easily

dont know about any of the others

and a note… dont worry about writing for your SAT… MOST (doesnt mean ALL) dont really take a look at your writing… they want your reading and math… so based on your scores… get them up if you want to get in at NU or BU

GOOD LUCK

thank you!
and i am out of state… i don’t know if that matters. i always thought BU was hard to get into but i guess not lol
