3.8 GPA (My average for science classes is pretty high; if that matters.)
APs: Chem Calc Physics (My school doesn't offer that many)
Many honors classes
730M 520CR 520W (I know.)
I did pretty well on the NYS standardized tests (Regents)
Member of many clubs and secretary of one
NHS, Robotics Team,
220 volunteer hours as a TA for kids

Chances? I really don't know what I would do with my life if I don't get into this school

Is that gpa weighted or unweighted?
Your Critical Reading and Writing are below average but your math is above. If you could get your SAT up a bit more that would help.
I would ha e to say though, that for the engineering school it will be a high match/low reach but for the school in general you are a match.

For Binghamton it is a similar situation.
You could always try applying not to the engineering school and then transferring into it later on!
Good luck

The thing is, most good test-optional schools won’t be that great for engineering… so, if you were to attend a test-optional school, try to get high grades in the test-optional school first and then try to transfer in BU engineering.

My advice: apply to a test-optional school on top of BU and Binghamton, and, if you don’t get into BU or Binghamton and still make it into a test-optional school, do well in the test-optional school (please, no Bates or Bowdoin with your GPA) and then transfer into BU or Binghamton for engineering.
