Please chance me for:
Bowdoin
Davidson
Colgate
Emory

I have plenty of safeties that I know I'll get into so it's not like this is all I'm applying to, these are just my reaches.

Also will I be at an advantage or disadvantage because I am out of state? I would think advantage, for "geographical diversity" but you never know.

Bowdoin: Reach
Davidson: High match
Colgate: Match
Emory (university?): Low reach/high match

You’re OOS status doesn’t matter because these are private schools- your having geographical distance from these schools will actually help you in the cases of Emory, Colgate, and Bowdoin.
