I know there's no way for anyone to know exactly but is it a distinct possibility or am i wasting my time?

low reach. only chance is with URM

URM helps you out a lot, but I’d retake the ACT to try and improve your score, if I were you. Everything else would place Brown at a low reach/reach for you.

You should definitely apply. Brown is always a reach, not a low reach. Your score could be better, work on that or try SAT, what was your PSAT? Write a good essay, and don’t neglect the short answers and the Why Brown. You need to be really personal about that. So get started early.
