Chance me for Brown?

I know that Ivies are a little bit out of my league based on my low SAT/ACT scores. But why not try, right? Better to apply and get rejected than to not apply and always wonder.

Applying ED Brown, 2 majors I put are Visual Art and Biology.

Essays: really, really good (as of the comments I've been getting, if anybody wants to help me edit/read it, PM me). Writing talks mostly about my passions for art and immunology, especially with cancer and AIDS (which is why I chose Bio).
Recs: Hopefully good, a very good relationship with one teacher, pretty good with the other.
I am sending an Arts Supplement highlighting my work in painting/drawing.

I do think Brown would give me a lot of resources I can't get anywhere else. It would allow me to take classes at the esteemed Rhode Island School of Design, Brown just built a 40 million dollar art building, it has a popular Biology department. And I love the campus and open curriculum. But I know with my test scores, it's a crapshot (I'm really bad at standardized testing...) but there's nothing I can do about them now. I just wanted some honest opinions. It's okay to be harsh, I've come to acceptance with my marginal chances. Better to expect low and be pleasantly surprised then to expect high and face disappointment.

SAT/ACT scores are pretty low for those schools, everything else looks fine. I say ~20% chance, mid-high reach.
