My main worry is my GPA: even though I have done well freshman and junior years, my second semester really hurt my GPA, as I was depressed and went through an identity crisis during this time, affecting my GPA. I plan on explaining that in my application.

I really hope to get into Brown: I visited the campus last year and fell in love with both the campus as well as the social environment and liberalism.

Please chance me!

Move to North Dakota and you are a lock…

You will be in a pile of maybes.

What will make you stand out from the pack?

I believe my interest in social justice and my passion for public speaking / policy will shine through my application, specifically in my essays. I plan on writing about how my background as a Latino in a conservative community has led me to revolve my activities around bringing justice Latino community. Also, my extracurriculars and activities derive from my interest in speaking out for my own opinions and showing the representation and visibility of Latinos.

Bumping this.

Just got my AP scores back from this year if that helps:
US History - 5
Chemistry - 4
Lit + Comp - 5
Art History - 5
