I do not want to cast the net so far and wide, if you can please guide me to narrow the programs based on my credentials. I sincerely appreciate it. Thank you for reading and answering my posting.

Rutgers has a bs/me 7 year program that I can only speak for. 2 years ago a girl from my school got into this program with a 3.5 uw gpa and 2380 sat (turned it down and went to Brandeis). So based off of her stats, I can see you being a good fit for this particular bs/md program.

@Jtyats1114, Thank you for your input. I appreciate it.

Apply to all TX programs since most of them are only for TX residents. Among the rest, here is the take based on the assumption that you are not qualified for need based but you/your parents are ready to support the bill.

Northwestern HPME – Expensive and Reach. But you will know if you are going to be invited to apply or not. 2 steps process.
Brown PLME – Expensive and Reach.
GWU – Hard to predict here unless your unique EC and your essay gets their attention.
Boston Univ. – Hard since there are way too many apply here and hence your GPA may become a liability.
Case Western Reserve – Apply
VCU – Apply
U of Missouri, Kansas City – Apply but appears they need much higher GPA (though you are regional candidate)
Drexel University - Apply - If you get a chance go and visit the place and make sure you are comfortable. Or talk to your friends / family if any one gone there for UG and/or MD.
University of Oklahoma - Apply, next door to TX
U of Miami - Apply

@GoldenRock, Thank you for your detailed reply. I appreciate it. I will focus on the Texas programs, even I may get some merit scholarship. I am aiming to be a NMS finalist.
