<p>SAT: 2300 (1540 math/reading)
GPA: 3.97 (4.54 weighted)
SAT II: Math (800) Biology E (800) Chemistry (770) Physics (800)
National Merit Semifinalist (so far)
AP Scholar w/Distinction</p>

<p>ECs:
Volunteer EMT Cadet
Volunteer at the hospital transporting patients
Tutor for Math Honor Society
Columbia Science Honors Program
County Youth Council
Science National Honor Society</p>

<p>I'm applying to some BS/MD programs, such as Drexel/Drexel, Rensselaer/Albany, TCNJ/UMDNJ, Penn State/Jefferson, and Miami/Miami. I'm also applying to Northwestern/Feinberg and Brown PLME, but I don't have much hope for those. What are my chances for getting into each?</p>

<p>The first three programs listed should be within range. The second two, though tougher, are within grasp. You have the academics and the medical experience to have a decent chance of getting to the interview stage for some of the programs.</p>

<p>Thanks! Penn State/Jefferson would pretty ideal in terms of location and quality. Hopefully I’ll get into that.</p>

<p>It seems like your scores are really solid. I think if u do a really good job with ur essays you have a great chance. A lot of ppl don’t realize how important the essays can be</p>

<p>My essays are pretty good, so hopefully I’ll be fine. I guess it’ll come down to the interviews. I have my first one in two weeks.</p>
