SAT: Super Score = 2390/2400 or 1600/1600(R+M)

2nd Attempt 2330 (R 800, M 740, W 790)

PSAT:1490/1520, SI is 222. I will be a NM Semifinalist for sure as Texas cutoff is expected to be 219.

I’m going to be pretty blunt here. Your chances for many of the top BS/MD programs are very small as you aren’t a URM and your GPA isn’t that great. You are still a very strong candidate for many of the mid tier programs though. I myself was a very similar applicant but only applied to 5 programs and got into two, the Case Western PPSP and the Union College/AMC LIM Program.
