stats:
3.5 GPA unweighted, I go to one of the top high schools in Massachusetts. My school doesn't rank but I'm guessing I'd be in the top 20%.
1890 SAT (took it twice, 630 CR, 610 M, 650 W)
Very solid transcript, 6 AP, 5 Honors, one course at a local college (top 20 LAC). One issue may be the 80 that I'm getting in AP Stats for the first quarter of this year.

Ec's:
3 Year Varsity Soccer, senior captain, 2014 All League Selection
Key Club Member, two senior projects, many hours of service, no leadership position because I joined during my junior year
Youth Soccer Coach
Referee
Worked as a survey researcher
National Honor Society

Essay is very good, not one that'll bring tears to my admission counselor's eyes but I'm a good writer.
Also three solid letters of recommendation from teachers that I have had multiple classes with.

Applied ED to George Washington, I hear back soon. Should the worst happen I'm readying my second wave of applications. Prospective International Affairs major. Thanks!!

My High School was ranked number 5 last year, but moved down to number 40 this year lol. I might be wrong, but I don’t think colleges (especially in-state) look at your High School. You have a good unweighted GPA for 11 higher courses, so your grades are well for most of the schools you are applying to.
Your SAT score is good, but could be better; you have a limited variety on ECs.

I can’t tell you exact chances, but you will definitely be an admired candidate for most schools.

bump
