<p>You have a good chance of getting in to L&S, but bioengineering might be a stretch. BioE is one of the most competitive majors here and a lot of brilliant students are in that program. If that’s really what your passionate about, then I’m not going to persuade you not to do it. But if it’s something your unsure about, another major would definitely give you better chances of getting in. The College of Engineering acceptance rate is nearly half of Berkeley’s acceptance rate as a whole.</p>
