Chance for Uchicago, Northwestern also please!

Everything looks great. You will need a strong essay for each of the schools (CAS/CoE) you apply to describing why it’s the perfect place for you ;-)

Keep in mind that even with great stats/ECs etc. such as you have, getting into a school like Cornell is always a crap shoot. The fact is that they get more qualified applicants than they can admit. Make sure you find some safeties you love too.

Forgot to add:
Treasurer of Cornell’s Cooperative Extension in my area (recently shut down due to budget cuts) Invited to state competition in public speaking for the club

Pick up any of the college guides – your stats are very competitive for each of the three schools you’ve mentioned. As prev. poster mentioned, Cornell (as well as NU anc UC) get more applicants than they can accept, so it’s not a lock.

With these three – if you can choose 1 as an ED school, you’ll help your chances somewhat.

Are you going to take the SATs again to try to bring up the CR a bit? Take the ACTs. That’s the only thing that stands out.

Definitely picking cornell as the ED school, I love it there, spending my summer there this year and visited last year, UC and NU are my next 2 tops though.
And yeah just took the ACT last week, hopefully 33-36… and the CR is my worst part but IDK if it’s worth studying completely over the summer for october, my score I think is ok now right?
Of course on the ACT I’m not sure but a week from today if it’s not sufficient I guess I’ll retake the SATs.
