<p>I am still debating whether or not I want to apply CAS or Gallatin. I want to major in Journalism & Political Science, but still want to dabble in a lot of other subjects.
I know my test scores and GPA are low, but I think my essays and awards will make up for them.</p>

<p>If you want to major in journalism apply to the school with the journalism major. Just because you’re in journalism doesn’t mean you can’t take some non-journalism classes (at other NYU schools too). As for you’re chances, I’m not very good at guessing those so I’ll leave it up to others (though my gut says they’re decent enough).</p>
