<p>good test scores will give you a chance. GPA is bit low though. i recommend you not to write the entire essay on your GPA and test scores. it might make them focus on the not as good grades more than they should. I never directly commented on my grade disparity in my transfer essay but rather focus on my goals and experience as well program fit.</p>
