I’m a junior planning to apply ED1 for CAS, probably for computer science.

I’m a white female.

GPA: 4.51 (weighted)
SAT: 2170 (750 W, 740 CR, 680 M)
SAT2: 700 Biology, will take US History and Math 1 soon
APs: junior year: APUSH, Physics, English Lang (will take tests in May)
Senior year: planning to take Comp Sci, Calc AB, Lit, Spanish, Stats
ECs: track, cross country, community service club, DECA (advanced to national level of business competition), Free the Children, National Honors Society, Spanish NHS, Drama Club, other school clubs, etc.

Your ECs aren’t outstanding but as long as your UW GPA is good you’ll have a good edge over other applicants in the ED1 round for CAS. Just make sure you present yourself well on the common app, spend sufficient time on your essays and get good recommendations, you should be in quite easily. You’d probably get accepted for RD as well if you don’t want to spend your ED bullet on NYU.
