Chance Me for Chapel Hill please?

GPA and Grades
Weighted 4.75 Unweighted 3.92 Rank 24/282 (top 8%)
I did not take very rigorous classes freshman and Sophmore year, but I did maintain A's in all of them. I'm in the top 8 percent of my class as of the end of my junior year. I plan to finish high school with 5 APs. I have not taken any CP classes since sophomore year. I will also graduate with NC and Global Scholar merits.

ECs
School: Chinese club historian, BETA Club for 2 years, New Global Citizens Club fundraising coordinator (we raised $5,000 for an orphanage in Uganda and another $5,000 for an orphanage in Sri Lanka), Student Council for 2 years and in the second year I was elected senior class historian. I did not make it into NHS last year but I am applying again and hoping to get in... I also just founded a Biology Honors Society at my school since we have Honors clubs for French, Math, etc., but not science. I'm hoping to set up a tutoring program with the club and community service. I plan to try out for the play this year also.
Outside of School: peer minister for 3 years (which is basically leading a youth group at my church), involved with town event organization and photography of events, math tutor for some of my sophomore year, my junior year I went to 3 elementary schools and put on a play to educate them on Chinese culture

My recommendation letters will come from my AP bio teacher who I've had for 3 years and the commissioner of my town if that matters

Tests
SAT: I've taken it twice; in March with not much prep
Reading- 660 Math (always my worst subject)- 560 Writing- 640 for a total of 1860
And also in June
Reading- 690 Math- 620 Writing- 690 for a total of 2000
ACT: took it once as mandatory for my school, I prefer the SAT so I do not plan on taking it again
English- 32 Math- 26 Reading- 29 Science- 25 Writing- 8 for a Composite of 28
AP: I took AP psychology, English language, and biology in my junior year and I am currently taking English literature and earth science. My scores were
Psychology- 5 English language- 4 Biology- 4

I am also in-state, male, and Native American (though I don't have a roll number) and Puerto Rican if that means anything haha

So based on this which I know is kind of vague, do you think I have a chance of getting in? Please be brutally honest because this is my dream school and I'd rather be let down sooner than later

You are in. Definetly.

CHance back?
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1555449-nyu-ed-chance.html

I think you are in; SATs and ACTs are low, so there is the chance of doubt. URM does really help. Planning on applying early? That’d help your odds.

I am instate for NC too. Alot of asians with lower scores bank on UNC as a safety. Just write good essays and you will be fine. :)
