<p>For all of the schools I applied to, I sent them my resume. And yes, I have 15 but that does not mean I wasnt fully invested in them. I was VERY involved in all of them. I am just saying that your EC’s are basic and don’t exactly stand out. It is okay if you only have a few, but there needs to be a standout somewhere in that.
Examples for me:
Soccer: i was a starter and captain of travel and school teams
track and field: varsity competitor since freshman year
voice: for numerous years, every week private vocal coaching and performance
choir: i was a part of a nationally recognized choir that competed and performed at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall and Orchestra Hall
acting: i have been training since middles school for theater and have been involved in over 12 productions, for on-camera acting i have been professionally trained and have gotten work on national commercials, as well as an agent
national honors society: 70 hours minimum of service, leadership/volunteerism
Class Board: vice president who carried out planning of prom, school fundraisers, and adopt-a-family foundations, designer of 1st place homecoming float for 2 years
dance: trained on broadway
those are just some examples of details of my EC’s</p>
