You need to calculate your CSU/UC GPA.

Since you are OOS, only your AP and DE courses qualify for the extra honors points in courses take 10-11th only.

https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

The Cal states cap the extra honors points at 8 semesters (DE courses count for 2 semesters).

After you calculate your CSU/UC GPA, then plug in your stats into the Eligibility index formula.

EI= (CSU GPA x 200) + (ACT composite x 10). An EI of 1000+ for the ACT is considered competitive but not a guarantee on admission.

Intended major? Cal States also do not consider EC’s in their admission decision. Only GPA and test scores along being local in-state which gets priority.

Also an FYI, OOS students do not get any financial aid so expect to pay full fees at $37K+/year to attend.
