Chance me for CMU?

I would like to see what are my chances for Carnegie Mellon University, its the only top college I really have among my list, and is blatantly the reach. I know my test scores are extremely low on all aspects, but for some reason I am terrible at standardized tests.

Academics:
GPA - Unweighted: 3.7?
GPA - Weighted: 100.5? (Will go up since more AP courses)
Class Rank: top 5% (12th)
Class Size: 486

Scores:
SAT I: M600, CR530, W550 1680 total (Will retake and am sure to do better, I really did not feel good that day and such)
ACT: (plan to take in October)
SAT II: Chem 680, US History 640 (For some reason I did not study for these exams, will retake chemistry)

Extracurriculars:
Kid to Kid 9th Grade-(Drug and Alcohol Awareness Group)
National Junior Honor Society
National Honor Society
Football- (9-10)
Track-(9-10)
Future Business Leaders of America-(3rd at Regionals), (10-12)
Science Olympiad-(11-12/2nd at regionals) Senior Captain
Academic Challenge Team-(2nd at states) Co-captain
Spanish Club-(11-12)
World Quest (11th Grade, 1st at Regionals, Junior Captain)

Volunteer/Service Work:
Volunteering at St Joseph Medical Center

Honors and Awards:
Top ten percent award
High Honor Roll (9-12)

Senior Year Courses:
AP Calculus, AP Biology, AP Physics, AP English, AP Psychology. Honors Spanish V

AP Test Scores:
Chem-4

I think if I can get my SAT score to 2100 I have at least a small chance in Carnegie Mellon, applying for MCS for a biology major

Other colleges Im applying to:
University of Pittsburgh
Temple University
Duke University (Depending on SAT score)
University of Virginia
University of Maryland
Rutgers University

Carnegie Mellon is my top choice and is what Im aiming for

Will chance back

your standardized tests really need work
how does ur GPA system work?

Its by weight, so AP courses and Honor courses are weighted and such. I understand my test scores need work, I am completely shocked I did that bad, it was my first ever time taking them so, and this time I will try to prepare for it by doing workbooks and practice tests, so hopefully I can do better, which Im sure of

I guess what Im really asking if I can get my SAT score above 2050 lets say, do I stand a chance?

Bump, will chance back

I doubt you will be able to get your SAT up more than 150 points. (that would already be a good improvement)
What state are you in?

I just took a practice test for the SAT and got a 1900, and I still have a month left of studying to do, trust me when I say I had an off day I truly was not having a good day.
Im in PA, but since its private I doubt that matters?

You need to bring up both SAT I & II scores. Will you apply for ED or RD?
Look for the deadline and think about when to take both tests.
Good luck.

Im hoping to do ED retaking SATs in October and SAT II in November and having the test results mailed directly to them

Class rank is good, but GPA isn’t (paradox lol)

SAT needs to go up dramatically

Bump, will chance others

New question however, what kind of honors colleges can I get into? Im thinking of attending a PA public school within the honors program, like Temple University, would I get a scholarship for there?

if you can get your gpa up 500 pts, it would be a miracle but it would make cmu a target for you. is your school well ranked? it seems kinda inflated if kids are in the top 5% with 1600s(no offense).
