APs? 10 char

Entering my Senior year, I have taken 7 APs, and my senior year will add 7 more.
Passed all but 1 of my AP tests (AP CHEM) , but not all 5s

Took:
AP Euro, Chem, Physics, Lang, Art History, Calc BC, US,
Going to take:
Both Econ’s, Gov’s, French, Bio, Lit,

You won’t get in. No one will get into the UCLA College of Engineering.

^

what???

Seriously, ***? Haha.
Well, I think your chances are average, but not for sure. I go to UCLA Engineering in the fall and I got in with a 1990 SAT, 700 Math SATII, and a 30 ACT. I’m not even going to tell what my Physics SATII score was. Haha. But I think what really saved me was my 4.0 UW gpa. And I had leadership/officer positions in various clubs. Just try to maintain a high gpa senior year, hold leadership positions in clubs, and write a good essay, and you should have a better chance. :)

The Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science

The admit rate for UW GPA 3.6-3.79 and SAT 1800-2100 last year was 15%. The year before it was 18.7%.

You’re near the top of that group (helps); you’re applying to HSSEAS (hurts).

BTW - 4.0 with that SAT range had a 70% admit rate. GPA is important.

Yeah, I am planning on retaking the SAT and SATII Math 2 before applying for one final chance of improving, also going to take the ACT to see if I do better

Bump up your IIC to 800, SAT I by 100 points more, and you should be a match. What are your AP scores by the way?
