How high are my chances? I'll chance back too.
Tell me if they are high reach or low reach for all four of them

Hopkin i’d say is a reach along with Georgetown but Georgetown is less of one. Carnegie Mellon you should be into i don’t see a problem in that and I expect you to get into UVA as well it’s at a high match.

thanks everyone! I think that helps a little bit…
but I am sorta confused on JHU and Georgetown chances.
I’m generally very scared I guess lol
and
andsowasi/ don’t worry lol thanks for chancing me!

I think most of those colleges are good shots for you. Hopkins and Georgetown might be reaches, but I think you should get in, especially with your ACT scores.

I agree with andsowasi…
Am surprised you didn’t get deferred at least by Duke… might have been something in the essays??
Anyway with your stats and EC’s…you’d be a strong candidate for all the colleges you listed out… Hopkins again will depend on essays (don’t know if they have one though…)
And you should actually apply to colleges a level higher…if you have the time!!
Congrats on your UMich acceptance… I’d go there if I were you!! :)

Your academic stuff is strong, so maybe you want to focus on your ECs more. Since you want to major in biological science/neuroscience, you may want to gain work experience etc. like at a clinic/hospital so that you’ll be more sure of the degree you want to do, and it also looks good on your CV (:

solid academics, might want to emphasize more neuroscience into your ECs

JHU low reach (friend had lower scores but applied early for class of 2016 last year)
Georgetown (from my knowledge of it…) reach
Carnegie Mellon (they emphasize theater/engineering) match

You seem like you’re a very strong candidate, congratulations!
I think you have a really good shot at all of the schools on your list.
I wish you all the best of luck with your application!!! (:
