Chance me for Columbia ED, Cornell, BC, and Berkeley?

<p>I'd love some honest opinion on whether I stand a decent chance in the ED round at Columbia! It's my dream school, and some feedback from others would be mean a lot to me. (also Cornell, BC, and Berkeley please?)

SAT I (breakdown): 2180 (not very good, I know... Planning on submitting ACT score only?)
ACT: 35
SAT II: 730 on Chemistry and Lit
Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 3.91
Weighted GPA: 4.38
Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): 20/ 590 (so top 3% ish)

Major Awards (USAMO, Intel etc.): 4th place at State Speech and Debate tournament, 3rd place in regional National Qualifying Speech tournament, 1st place Speech and Debate district champion, AP Scholar with Distinction, National AP Scholar</p>

Job/Work Experience: Tutored immigrant students for about two years, babysitting...?
Volunteer/Community service: I volunteer at two different homeless shelters pretty regularly (every week). Done lots of other scattered volunteering events
Summer Activities: Volunteered a lot, attended some international camps in South Korea
Essays: Haven't finished them yet, but praying they'll be good?

<p>I know my stats are my no means exceptional in any way and that thousands of fantastic students apply every year to top schools. I'd just love some honest feedback on where I stand in that pile! (I'm the first in my family to head to college in the US, so I don't know too much about the college process... so help a buddy out? D: )</p>
