Columbia Princeton Yale and Brown are all reaches for everyone but they should be considered really high reaches for you unless you can get your ACT to at least a 33. A 31 will not get you into an ivy unless you’re famous/a recruited athlete/child of a huge donor. UW Madison would be a match same with Minnesota and W&M would be a high match.

ACT is low I’d say 33 minimum and 34/35 would give a boost (34/36 don’t make as much of a difference)… Find a passion in your extracurriculars… You want to do pre-med, but I see no medicine related activities.

Are you getting recruited for track? Seems like you are talented and getting recruited would raise your chances significantly.

Like others said, I agree that your ACT needs to be a bit higher to be competitive for Columbia. You also need to do a better job of packaging your ECs together. I agree with @asianfang
