u have a pretty good shot
just that sAT is a little weak

Let me elaborate on the ECs
I have worked with HIV affected children, the hearing imparred and orphans. I have helped in Tsunami relief projects and tutored mathematics.

bump?

You PUBLISHED a paper? How did you manage to do that?

Just out of curiosity -- what were your essays like? I think that could make a really big difference in your case, seeing how your numbers aren't exactly phenomenal for Columbia.

And how come you don't have a GPA?

sorry. I didn't publish an independent paper. I co-authored a paper. I don't have a GPA because I go to a European school in NY. We don't use the American GPA system. My essay was my community service experience in Nepal and the impact it had on me. Sort of cliche I know but I think it was well written.
