I know my ECs aren’t really impressive. Just wanna know your thoughts on my probability on getting into Columbia if I stay on this track. I can write a fire essay, I’m great at them, so I know I can excel in that part of the application.

If it makes any difference, my parents are low income/war refugees who have been here for only 20 years.

?

30-34 is a very wide range. 30-32 will hurt, 33 won’t do much, and 34 will look standard. Since you’re a junior, you have some time to put effort into extracurriculars. Maybe intern over the summer with someone/someplace that pertains to your intended major?
Low income helps, but I’m not sure about war refugees from 20 years ago. If your parents are still being affected by a foreign crisis or you come from an underrepresented place that will provide a boost.
Note that even with all of this Columbia is still a reach.

I’m a current sophomore actually! I don’t have high expectations for it, I’m probably just going to apply with knowledge that it’ll most likely be a reach.

It’s impossible to tell now. Come back at the end of your first semester next year with more concrete information and CC will be a much more useful resource.
