Chance me for Cooper Union?

I am curious if I have a shot at Cooper Union, in everyone's honest opinions.
I am from San Francisco.

My stats:
3.65 GPA unweighted. 4.35 weighted.

2170 SAT I (770 writing, 730 math, 680 critical reading)
780 US history and 770 MAthII for SAT II
I have had a paid internship at a museum for two years now, plenty of volunteer work with kids.
COSMOS academic program this summer for a month.
and travel during the summer.

Varsity soccer, also some club soccer.

not a chance.

you need to take chem or physics SAT 2

i think you have a chance…
i have similar stats and i was accepted… but all you need is another SAT II like chem or physics, if you get 700s in that, then everything else is fine

Oh I’m interested in Cooper Union too! Could someone chance me?

(And to zach99, isn’t it the most competitive college in the country? Only 5% get in!)

the results are coming out in two weeks…

when and how will Cooper notify applicants?

they will notify us by mail at the end of this month

Can we call them and ask them their decision?

theyll just tell you to wait till u get the letter

does anyone know the approximate dates when decisions should be reaching us?

in the email they said at the END of this month…

my friend who got accepted last year through regular decision round got his package on the 26th March…(and he was in Florida…)

I didnt get any email :frowning:
Is that supposed to be a bad sign?

Me either :frowning:
I was deferred ED and then i havent heard from them since then…
I should be fine right?

i don’t think they send e-mails to everyone. i think they just send out replies by mail. It’s only if you have questions regarding the admissions process that they reply to you by e-mail. so don’t fret!

Sorry about the misunderstanding…they told me the date when I asked them questions in the email
