Hey guys!

I'm about to submit my application to Cornell AEM in CALS. Could you chance me? (just out of curiosity)

Plus, I used the Primary/Alternate choice with CAS Econ; will that hurt my chances?

SAT: 760 CR, 800 M, 710 W
SAT II: 800 MII, 800 Chem
ACT: 34 Composite
GPA: 3.84/4.00 at the end of Sophomore year, but I think it may go down a bit this year due to 2 B+. (4.412 W)
Senior Course-load: almost hardest, except not in AP Physics (regular Physics) due to scheduling conflict with BC Calc.

EC:
Captain of swim team for 2 years. (captain of varsity sports is a commitment many don't understand, and it bugs me when people underestimate its requirements)
NHS, SNHS, NEHS, Mu Alpha Theta.
Treasurer of SNHS
some other clubs, etc. (not too impressive)
I participate in individual cinematography (non-profit) and personal investing

200+ hours of consistent community service (I didn't put down hours of community service for non-consistent activities)

CA Essay: great and original
Cornell Supplement: good and creative
Recommendations: good (not stellar)

The only thing I'm super worried about is my lack of EXCELLENT business ECs. I haven't created a company or worked (I can't work due to my temporary resident status; 14 years in the US and I'm still a "temporary resident" It's very annoying)
Does not having an intense business background really hurt my chances? Or the fact that I'm not in FBLA? (conflicting with sports)

oh yeah, I'm an "international" Canadian student applying for financial aid. I know this will hurt...

Thanks for chancing me! I'll chance you back if you'd like!
