No need to take the SAT with your superior 35 ACT score! Nor do you need to retake your 770 Math II subject test. Just focus on other parts of the application, like your essays and activities:)
Best of luck to you!

@Renomamma I have to take it for National Merit  Thank you !!!

Can you apply ED? If so, I think your chances are good. Of course, I am not a professional college counselor, so take my opinion with a grain of salt!

If you are applying RD, you still have a strong record, but I can’t predict.

When completing your application, remember to think about what you are going to offer to Cornell and how you will engage in academics and other activities when you are there. Also, make sure an English teacher or other qualified editor proofreads your essays and other Common App entries.

Good luck!

@MOMANDBOYSTWO Thank you! I won’t be applying ED because it’s binding and it’s not my first choice.

As an Arts and Sciences student, I think your stats are fine. Your ACT score is definitely high enough (mine was a 35 as well) and I’m sure your SAT will be good, too. What’s left to do is all on you, on how you decide to craft your application to appeal to admissions. Keep in mind Arts and Sciences likes students who have multiple interests and can demonstrate their passion for those subjects.

That being said, good luck! :-bd

Yay! Thanks!! @AL
