Hooks (URM, first generation college, etc.): My dad was a post-doctoral research associate at Cornell. Not sure if this will help with Cornell, but I think it's worth mentioning.

My public school has sent 3 students to Harvard, 1 to Stanford, 2 to MIT, 5 to Cornell, 1 to Duke, and 8 to Northwestern in the past year alone.

I am interested in business/economics/computer science and would like to study some combination of the two (or all three if possible) at Cornell. AEM by far is my first choice (with a possible minor in Econ/CS) but I'd be content with studying Economics at CAS while potentially minoring in CS and Business. If I were to study Econ at CAS, I would try to internally transfer to AEM.

With all of this said, what are my chances for AEM? What are my chances for CAS? What can be done to improve my chances either way?

I will chance back.
Good luck to all applying!
