Chance me for Cornell ED & Info Sci Questions

I have a few questions regarding the Information Science program at Cornell. What are the major differences between BS Info Sci in CoE and BS Info Sci in CALS? When I check the course work the type of courses offered in both programs seem very similar yet both colleges offer the program with CoE renaming theirs to ISST. I am unsure which program to apply for but as I'm a NY resident I'm leaning towards CALS.

SAT: 2230 (retaking) Math - 800 Reading - 730 Writing - 700
SAT II: Math - 790 Bio M - 800
ACT: 33 Composite (Should I send? Not retaking)

GPA: UW: 3.7* W 4.1* (Official transcript not released with updated scores yet)
10 APs after graduating

EC:

Varsity Track (Counties Qualifier)
National Honor Society
Asian Awareness Club
Mathletes (4 years) (Came Top 10 in NMT)
Finance Club

400+ Hours Internship at Feinstein institute for medical Research
150+ Volunteering at local Academy tutoring
150+ Volunteering at Project Milo help creating computers built on Linux OS for high schools for cheaper prices
300+ Hours Internship at University Tech Department troubleshooting computers and developing their website.

Any input would be appreciated!

Info Sci in CoE is the most technically oriented program of the three among Arts, CALS, and CoE. However, the difference isn’t nearly great enough to justify the much higher price tag. Apply to the CALS one they’re nearly the same program.

Send your ACT

Should I send both or just ACT? I plan to retake the SAT and I’m confident I can break 2300.
