Chance me for Cornell, NYU, Berkeley?

<p>Please Help!!! What are my chances of getting into Cornell? Or Berkeley?
Im in my senior year at school. Im from India so we dont have GPA's so i dont know exactly how to explain my grades...
Anyway,
my SAT score is - 770(math)
700(reading)
660 (writing)
total = 2130</p>

<p>PSAT junior year = 98 percentile</p>

<p>My SAT 2's are - 670(literature)
670( Math level 2)</p>

<p>AP's - English language - 4
English Literature- 5</p>

<p>Toefl (its an exam which tests non-US citizens' proficiency in english) - 112/120</p>

<p>My resume is pretty decent - with a combination of decent social service hours, a whole lot of hours with an environmental organization that ive been working with for over 2 years, certificates for writing competitions and stuff that i have won, and been published in magazines,i am debates captain in my school and have awards for activites and competitions in my native cultural language (Hindi).
I also have given 2 grade level exams in Piano...and also in Hindustani Classical Music (Indian music). I am also doing an internship for a company (almost been 6 months now)...
I was also selected to go to the UK for a cultural exchange based on a web based project my friends and i had done that won...and some other stuff that i cant think of right now...</p>

<p>My recommendations will be really REALLY good from one teacher and decently good from the other..
My essays were , not to brag... but REALLY GOOD... I'd spent a lot of time on them and I think they turned out quite well...
Apart from these,
my school grades have been really really good in my 9th and 10th grade, and in my grade 10 Board exam (an external exam every tenth grader in India gives), I got an overall 93%. Now the bad part...
I dropped quite a bit in my 11th and 12th grade (junior and senior) because of an illness that i had to go through surgery for and stuff. Ive been anemic and Ive been in and out of the hospital quite a bit this year.. sooo... ive got a 2 Ds and 1 F in my senior year grades!!! ...my councellor said she did put in an explanation in my grade transcript explaining the drop...but I dont know what she wrote exactly so im not sure....im really worried about these grades.....could that drastically affect my application??
I came from the hospital and wrote half of my MidYear exams..so could one F on my report ruin everything?!! Im freaking out!!</p>

<p>I've applied to colleges like Cornell, Berkeley, Barnard, Carnegie Mellon, NYU, Wellesley, and UCLA.
What do you think are my chances of getting into these places at the moment? Especially Cornell, Berkeley and NYU because these are my top 3...
Oh and i forgot, my sister is currently studying in Cornell...so does that better my chances in any way?</p>

<p>Hi, I think that your SAT score is slightly low for Cornell and Berkeley. Your senior year grades are (to put it bluntly)… terrible, but i’m sure if you explain your situation (or mention it in your application) then colleges will forgive it. </p>

<p>As for your sister attending Cornell… I don’t think it would help your chances a lot. It is more common in Ivy League schools for colleges to favor you for having relatives that have attended the school. </p>

<p>To be completely honest, I am not exactly sure how schools pick out international students, and on what basis they pick them. For example, some prestigious schools like diversity, so if you were the only person applying from India (which is highly unlikely), you might be automatically accepted to the school (as long as your stats were pretty decent). </p>
