Please chance me? I wish to apply to the Cornell school of ILR. (Labor relations)

I am first generation college student, south Asian, and am from New York.

SAT II's: taking math 1 & 2 along with US history in November.
GPA (unweighted 4.0 scale) 9th grade: 3.68, sophomore year 3.7, junior year 3.73
Weighted: 4.0
My school does not rank.
APs: ap euro: 4
ap comp: 4
Freshman schedule: Geometry, biology, global history, ceramics, Latin 1, English 1, debate, Spanish

Sophomore: AP euro, trig, English 2, chem, debate, Spanish

Junior: Physics, Spanish, Pre calc, us history, ap comp

Senior schedule: AP psychology, AP Calculus, AP gv't, AP biology, economics, creative writing, Spanish

I am in national honor society along with various different clubs. I volunteered at the local church for 4 years, and have had a hospital internship and two paid jobs. I have been involved with debate at my school for 4 years and I have placed at various competitions. I also did MUN since 10th grade.

I am dedicated to art and am considering sending an art supplement if they will allow it.

Teacher recs wont be a problem, both my teachers know me very well. My guidance counselor will be able to do an okay job, even though we aren't too close.

I can write a good supplemental essay as I am really passionate about social relations and politics, and I can write a pretty good common app essay once I come up with a good idea. Writing is one of my strong areas, so I'm not too worried. What I'm worried about is my GPA and aps falling a bit flat.

What are my chances if I apply early decision?
