Cornell is my dream school!

Objective:[ul]
[] SAT I (breakdown): 2150 (800 Math, 720 Writing, 630 CR)
[] ACT: planning on taking it this fall
[] SAT II: Literature 670, Chemistry 670, USH 600. I'm planning on taking Math II because I got an 800 on the regular SAT, and retaking Literature.
[] Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 3.51 (strong upwards trend though. 3.2 Freshman, 3.6 Sophomore, 3.8 Junior)
[] Rank (percentile if rank is unavailable): No rank
[] AP (place score in parenthesis): AP US History (3), AP Chem (3)
[] IB (place score in parenthesis): N/A
[] Senior Year Course Load: AP European history, AP Calc AB, Senior English Honors (my school does not offer any AP Lit/ English classes), mandatory senior service class, Spanish IV. (I don't have room in my schedule for a science because I decided to take AP European history instead.)
[] Major Awards (USAMO, Intel etc.): I think i'll get the commended for the NHS (psat score). Dean's list for Sophomore and Junior year.
[/ul]Subjective:[ul]
[] Extracurriculars (place leadership in parenthesis): Varsity swim team every year, Korean Club president, tour guiding club, Youth TedX, an editor for my school's Literary Magazine.
[] Job/Work Experience:
[] Volunteer/Community service: I volunteer every Saturday for 3 hours at a Children's museum. I teach and play with children. On Sundays, I'm a bible study teacher and volunteer there for 3 hours a week also. I've been doing these two activities for about 1.5 years now, so I have over 300 hours of community service.
[li] Summer Activities: I facilitated a summer camp for the Children's museum (Mentioned earlier), so I was volunteering 20 hours a week.
[/li]

Freshman summer: Columbia summer session for two weeks. Meh.
Sophomore summer: Went to Nicaragua to volunteer, teach children English, and live with a host family (1 month).
Junior summer: Worked at the children's museum 20 hours a week for 5 weeks, and also did a college credit session at Cornell University. I got college credit for this 3 week course at Cornell, and will be receiving an official transcript (which goes into my high school GPA) and a rec from the professor.

[/ul]Other[list]
[li] Intended Major: English. My college counselor said that this would help me cause I'm Asian and not a lot of Asians apply as English majors but idunno...
[/li]

I'm really worried because I don't have stellar grades nor test scores. MY AP SCORES ARE TERRIBLE... I had family issues freshman year, which resulted in my 3.2. I do have a slow upwards trend, but I'm stuck at a cumulative GPA of 3.51. I've been studying for my subject tests to take in Oct. and I think I can get above 700 for both Math II and Lit. And I'm not sure how much legacy counts, but my dad went to Cornell for undergrad so yeah :O LET ME KNOW ABOUT YOUR THOUGHTS

Other schools I am considering:
Boston College
Tufts University (only because my dad attended there though)
NYU
Boston University
Vassar College
University of Rochester
U. Virginia
