Chance me for Cornell

EC's:
Co-captain of my debate team, with honors and awards attached during my 4 years. 4 years doing National History Day, along with an officer position. DECA for 3 years. Volunteered at a nursing home for about 70-80 hours. Was an EMT over the summer.

Forgot to mention that I did taekwondo 11 years, was on a leadership team for head instructor, and got my black belt (I doubt that part will make it on the app). I did raquetball for four years in high school for an independent club as well.

Forgot to also mention that I’m in Spanish National Honor Society and the regular NHS for tutoring peers.

I think It’s a reach. You’re a good student and everything but (like me), you’re kinda typical and cookie cutter. Good Luck :)

What do you think I should do to improve my app and make myself seem more unique?

At this point there is really nothing. Your grades armed test scores are definitely competitive for Cornell. It will come down to your essays and recommendations and how your ECs are viewed.

Thanks for the feedback. Which schools do you think could be match schools?
