I'm currently a high school junior with a 3.5 unweighted GPA I'm thinking of applying to Arts and Science

SATs: 1960 (CR:670, Math: 640, Writing: 650) I've only taken them once and can usually score above a 700 for CR and Math and a high 600 for writing on practice tests. I plan on taking them again in March.
SATII: World History 530 (yikes! not sending this one in) plan on taking math II, maybe chinese, and chem.

APs: AP Chem. Next year I plan on taking AP Calc AP Bio and maybe AP art history.
Honors: math (since freshman year), chem (last year) english, and chinese

ECs:

9th grade: Freshman Cabaret, JV Volleyball, Track and Field
10th grade: got certified in lifeguarding, Make a Wish foundation YMCA (one time)
11th grade: art displayed in local library, won silver key in scholastics art and writing

Also: 6 years of piano (stopped taking lessons, but i still practice occasionally), 2 years working at YMCA as lifegaurd/ swim instructor, 2 years of regular once a week babysitting, camp counselor for 1 summer, planning on volunteering at MSPCA starting around April and over the summer.

I know Cornell's a reach, but is there still a chance? What can I do to improve my chances of getting accepted? Would applying Early Action help my chances?
